  1. We strive to deliver products purchased from Artemis in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. For all the subsequent purchases of Rs. 999* or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs. 40 will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 999.

  2. The logistics partner supported by Artemis will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver the order. In case the User is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products then it is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery with the specified courier company.

  3. An estimated delivery time shall be displayed on the order summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.

  4. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

  5. Details of the Logistic Partner who will be processing the delivery of the order will be provided to the end user through Email along with the tracking number. 
  6. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to inter alia:

> Bad Weather

> flight delays

> political disruptions

> other unforeseen circumstances

Where there is a likelihood of delay in delivery, the User may be notified of the same from time-to-time. However, no refunds may be claimed by the User for any delay in delivery, which was caused due to reasons beyond the control of the Website. Artemis shall not compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.

 

Disputes and Problems

  1. In the event of any problem with your order the website is only liable to the user for the total invoice value for this order and the user agrees that we are not liable for any other damages or consequential losses you may incur.

  2. The user needs to advise us within two working days after receiving the order of any discrepancy or problem with the order. After two working days, the User is deemed to have accepted the goods.

  3. Claims cannot be considered until we inspect returned goods. Goods must be returned at the User’s expense, and if the claim is accepted we will credit our standard delivery cost to the user’s account to cover the cost of returned goods.

  4. Claims can only be considered if we receive the garments as delivered. Claims cannot be considered if the User has already alter or modified the garment in any way.

  5. Two working days must be allowed for us to process the request upon receiving the parcel.
