If you are not completely satisfied with the product received, you can contact our Customer Support department within 5 days of delivery date to resolve the issue. The user is required to inspect the product as soon as the order is received. If there is a defect or damage, you are to contact the Customer Support team immediately to help you in resolving the issue. If there is a flaw or damage caused due to our negligence we are willing to replace or provide a refund for the order. We also accept partial returns so that you can raise a return request for one or other products. 

What we cover

Artemis offers a ’5 DAYS RETURN / EXCHANGE SERVICE’. The policy allows customers to raise the return/exchange request of a product within 5 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns so that you can raise a return request for one or other products. 


1. Please make sure that products are returned with the tags and the packaging intact, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Refund/replacement shall be issued after a thorough quality check of the product(s).

2. Please note that any product along with a free gift/ combo must be returned in its entirety.

3. Orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched. That's the only way we can refund the full amount you've spent. After dispatch, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order thrice, post which the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse.

4. No exchanges or refunds will be made against garments which have been altered by the customer.


If you would like to return any of the items purchased please contact our customer care team within 5 days of delivery with the following information: 

- Order number 

- Delivery address 

- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item. 


If you would like a different size in the same style of clothing that you have purchased, you will need to go through the following steps: 
1. Contact us to schedule a reverse pickup. 
2. Once the unused product is received at our end, we will issue you a credit note (after deducting the applicable shipping charges). 
3. You can then use the credit note to place a new order and choose the correct size.


Please refer to the size chart before you make a purchase, and in case you are confused about your size. A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn, original packing and the original tags are intact.

In the event of any problem with your order our total liability to you is our total invoice value for this order and you agree that we are not liable for any other damages or consequential losses you may incur.

You need to advise us within 5 working days after receiving your order of any discrepancy or problem with your order. After 5 working days, you are deemed to have accepted the goods.

Claims cannot be considered until we inspect returned goods. Claims can only be considered if we receive the product as delivered to you. Claims cannot be considered if you have already cut or otherwise modified the product in any way.

Two working days must be allowed for us to process your request upon receiving your parcel.
