However, as a member you can enjoy a truly personalized experience without the hassle of entering your details every time you shop from our site. Sign up is very easy, you can shop by simply entering your email ID and details when you place your order.

Sign up with your email ID and set a password that you’ll remember. Click Register after entering your details and wait for our confirmation mail, which will include all your account details. Once you sign up, you can enjoy faster checkouts, save your preferred delivery addresses, track your orders, request returns and enjoy a range of other services.

After you make an order, we may need about 1-2 working days to prepare the items. Usually, it takes 1-3 business days to transfer by express shipping or 3-5 business days for standard shipping. The delivery days = processing days + shipping days. You can check order status under “My Orders”.

You’ll get an email once the Artemis confirms your order. The email will give you details about your order, including the Order ID and the information on the product ordered.

You can track your order through the My Orders section in the My Account section whenever you like. Simply select the order you want to track and check its status.


We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions:
1. Credit cards - MasterCard, Visa and American Express
2. Net Banking - all major banks
3. Debit Carts - all major banks
4. Wallets (PayTm)

Credit card details are accepted through SSL protocol. Scripts capable of processing credit card transactions securely power all the transactions. This ensures that the information is encrypted before being transmitted.

Shipping & Delivery

We’ll send you a notification if you aren’t around for the delivery, so that you can get in touch with us right away. If it doesn’t work out the first time, we’ll try delivering it up to 2-3 times to make sure your package is in your hands soon. We know just how important it is to you. But if you missed your package, please check with your local shipping company or postal office with the tracking number to pick up your parcel as soon as possible.

Our logistics partners usually take up to 24-48 hours to activate the tracking code for an order once it's shipped. Please check back in a while.

Packages might be delivered to your mail box or signed by your neighbours. We suggest you check in your mail box and with your neighbours and families first. If you cannot find it, check for your package with the shipping company then. Remember to bring your ID! If you still cannot find your package neither, please do not hesitate to contact Artemis Customer Service.

There are multiple reasons that your package might have been returned to us.
  1. Incorrect or incomplete address
  2. Invalid phone number or customer unavailable
  3. Wrong zip code Please contact the shipping company for more information or you may WRITE US A MAIL so that we may assist you better. 
If your order was paid successfully, you cannot change it directly on your end. Continue to WRITE US A EMAIL or contact online-help so that we can help you change the address before shipment.


You can cancel your order before it has been processed by the ARTEMIS. We'll refund the full amount you've paid for such a cancellation. Here's how to cancel your order:
  1. Log in to your account and go to My Account
  2. Select the appropriate order from ‘My Orders’
  3. Write us a email with your Order ID, Order Date, Products you want to cancel and reason.
Make sure you cancel your order before it has been processed by the Artemis. That's the only way we can refund the full amount you've spent.

Yes you can. You can individually cancel product(s) in your bag before your order is processed by the Artemis. Write us a email with Order ID, Order Date, Individual Products name/SKU number you want to cancel and reason.

Once your order has been cancelled, the refund amount will be credited back to the source account within 3-4 working days. In the case of certain public sector banks, it can take up to 10-15 working days.

Return & Exchange

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange if it meets the following conditions:
  1. An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email
  2. If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect 
  1. Go to My Orders and select the item(s) you want to return.
  2. Write us a email with Order ID, Order Date, Individual Products name/SKU number you want to cancel and reason.
Note that in some cases, we might not find the reason for returns acceptable because of seller policies; in such cases, we will call and advice you on next steps.

Enclose the product(s), in original condition and packaging, along with the original box, as part of the return package. Remember, we can’t offer refunds for products if their tags/labels or seals have been tampered with – so be extra careful. Also, in case of self-couriered returns, email us proof of dispatch (the slip/air way bill provided by the logistics company) at info@artemislounge.com.

Yes you can. Just select the product(s) you want to return and initiate the return right away. You should know that we can’t accept returns of incomplete product combos (for example: Buy one get one free combos, free gifts, etc.).

Once the return request is approved, you will receive a email notification that contains the airway bill (AWB) number. You can use it to track your return on our logistics partner's website. .
